When Life Blows Up: How to Stay Anchored in the Middle of Change, Grief & Uncertainty

LIVE WITH Lauren O'Reilly | June 23rd at 8:45pm EST

~ A 2-Hour Reset for Your Mind, Heart, and Nervous System ~

The vision I have for

this event is to help YOU…..

Feel Empowered, Feel Inspired, Feel Hope, Feel Peace

To have an “aha” moment. For something to click. To feel connected and not alone. To have something to look forward to and to return to when things get dark.

Who is this for?

The people who are in pain, healing from surgery, stuck in the in-between of symptoms and answers, waiting for a diagnosis or newly diagnosed, feeling unheard, overwhelmed, and scared, thinking: Why me? Will this ever get better?

The people who look okay on the outside, but inside feel like they are carrying an invisible weight.

The people who feel paralyzed from anxiety, stress, and fear…. Caught in a cycle of  thinking: why do I feel this way? and How do I make this stop?

The people who are tired of pushing through and pretending they’re fine….and just need a place to exhale, breathe again, and remember:

You are not broken, you’re human and this season doesn’t define you.

And I want you to know…

I’m not sharing this from the other side of some perfect finish line. I am living and using these tools in real time. There are days when my body feels heavy. Days my mind feels loud. Days I have to pause, cry, reset, and reach into the same toolbox I’m going to share with you.

This event isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about having support, language, and small steady practices that help you come back to yourself ~ again and again.

For two full hours, I’ll be live with you ~ present, focused, and holding space as we slow down, reset, and learn simple tools you can return to whenever life feels heavy.

#1: When Your Thoughts Spiral and

Your Emotions Feel Heavy

If you’ve ever stared in the mirror wondering “Why is this happening to me?” you’re not alone. In this event, you’ll learn a simple emotional awareness tool that helps you understand where you are without judgment and how to gently shift your energy instead of feeling stuck in it. This isn’t about forcing positivity; it’s about creating steadiness from the inside out.

#2: When Your Body and Mind Feel Stuck on High Alert

Living with chronic symptoms, anxiety, or uncertainty can keep your nervous system braced all the time. You’ll be guided through a short heart-centered reset that helps your body soften instead of brace. Practicing this live allows you to feel the shift in real time and walk away with a tool you can return to whenever stress rises.

#3: When Gratitude Feels Hard,

But You Still Want Relief

Some days “just be grateful” feels impossible. You’ll discover a gentler approach that doesn’t ignore your pain, but helps you reconnect with what you already have and what is still working. This small mindset shift can create emotional momentum and help you feel more grounded, even during difficult seasons.

#4 When You’re Tired of

Pushing Through Alone

Many people living with health challenges or mental fatigue feel like they have to hold it all together. This event offers something different ~ a supportive space where you’ll learn practical grounding practices, self-compassion tools, and ways to regulate your emotional cycle so you can move forward without pressure or perfection.

I would be truly honored to spend

this time with you.

If this spoke to you, there’s a

seat here with your name on it!

The session will be recorded, so you’ll have access to return to it whenever you need. If your energy or schedule doesn’t allow you to stay the full time, you’re welcome to come and go and revisit the replay again and again.

I can’t wait to see you there!

~ About Lauren ~

I’m so glad you’re here! I’ve spent my entire adult life teaching, leading, and encouraging others to see what’s possible ~ even when life feels hard. I’ve been an educator for over 20 years, mentoring both students and colleagues and leading workshops focused on growth, confidence, and mindset.

Outside the classroom, I’ve built and led large communities of women through trainings, retreats, and workshops designed to help them believe in themselves and take meaningful action in their lives.

Today, I co-host the podcast “I’ve Got Guts,” where my best friend and I have honest conversations about living with chronic illness and breaking the stigma through storytelling. I also live with multiple autoimmune and digestive conditions myself, so the tools I share come from lived experience ~ not just theory.

I’m a wife, a mom, and someone who understands what it means to adapt, advocate,

and still find joy in the middle of uncertainty. My mission is simple:

To help people reclaim their energy, steady their mindset,

and believe in the life they’re capable of creating ~ even in challenging seasons.
